Thanksgiving in Van Horn TX

The Reyes, Rodriguez and Fodge Thanksgiving family gathering in Van Horn TX.

It starts with the family. The ones who could make it and hearing from the ones who couldn’t through phone calls and facebook. Playing with the kids so they know who you are as they grow up. All very exciting. Cooking night before and catching up with family. Going home at 1am and resting for the Thanksgiving gathering next day. Arriving early to finish up cooking and saying a prayer while holding hands. Sitting and laughing as we serve eachother. Best part was going around table and saying something were thankful of. Some smiles and some tears. We were all just glad to have been together. Watching football is never a miss on thanksgiving.
The celebration is not over on the day of thanks. We will celebrate and be thankful for the rest of weekend.
The REYES, RODRIGUEZ, and FODGE family wishes everyone a happy thanksgiving and happy holidays. Hope everyone spents them well.

“The year is almost over and I wanted to recap. My move was not all that simple and easy to San Antonio TX. It was at fast pace for me.
Met great people in San Antonio TX. Some not so good. But over all satisfied. Got involved.
Some of the stuff I did that Im proud of.”

“My facebook was harsh this year. My apology. People will push you to limit on top of everything that you are doing in the community. I’m just glad I still had me a productive year in mid TEXAS.”

“I plan to slow down this coming year(2014). Only plan is to represent in San Diego Pride with CPL Marine Veteran Evelyn Thomas.”
